Waste Of Money  Time owned: more than 12 months
I have owned this antenna for 4 years.
It has broken every year since it was installed.

I have had enough after all the promises as to why it is suppose to be better than the Steppir!!!

Performance 4/5
Build Quality 1/5
Durability 0/5
Price 0/5
After Sales Service 1/5

Don't waste your money. Buy an Optibeam instead.
If I had the money I know I would.

good  Time owned: 3 to 6 months
This antenna replaced the old system
-TH5DX 10-15-20m
-rotatable dipole 40m
-rotatable dipole 30m
-2 element yagi 17-12m
so, 1 antenna instead of 4, and with greatly better performances in 30 and 40m.
For the 10-15-20m the results appeare to be the same as the old TH5, but this is obvious, the TH5 also was a 3 element in these bands and the Ultrabeam cannot make a miracle.
A function that i love is the 180 button in the control box, that permit in all bands to "turn" the antenna 180 away without turning them physically.
I hope all the moving parts overcame some winters and summers !
The antenna is big, i move them with G-800 rotor but i'm ready to change it at any moment.
The rate 5 is for great satisfaction from this antenna; very good and expensive materials used in them, all oversized. The instruction manual may be better, but no great problem encountered during mounting operations.

Technology: a plus!  Time owned: 3 to 6 months

After a long series of OptiBeam (;; ) now, I am working with a beauty UltraBeam, from 6 to 40 mts. I am very, very, satisfied... technology finally arrived on my shack!
