Really cool!  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
I was surprised that there was no review for this digital readout. (at least I couldn't find it)

I received the TK-1 as part of a package deal for my Drake 2-B receiver. Since it was included, I didn't expect it to work, no instructions. To my surprise, it was in excellent condition, complete with manual and an optional buffer amp to interface it to the 2-B.

The display is 4 digits. The MHz number is omitted. So if you are listening to 20 CW on 14.010.0, it reads "010.0". Right now it is displaying "125.0" since the R-4B is listening to the 6 Meter calling frequency (using a Parks 6 Meter converter).
There are instructions on the WWW on how to connect it (and program it) for about any Vintage radio.
Yes, it's full of older TTL chips, but they are socketed and I am very, very pleased with it. Of course, N3ZI's display kits are more modern, but this unit matches my Drakes.

Have FUN!!!
