Reviews Summary for AntenX 1:1 balun
AntenX 1:1 balun Reviews: 1 Average rating: 5.0/5 MSRP: $29.95
Description: This is a current type balun that has been designed to operate from 1.5Mhz to 35Mhz. This design of balun provides a balanced currents on each side of your dipole antenna or dirven element.

Baluns prevents the feed-line from acting as part of the antenna. This helps eleminate RFI and TVI and will greatly improve an antenna's front to back and front to side ratios.
Product is in production.

New Design- MUCH BETTER!  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
This is a follow-up review. After some discussions with the owner of Antenex they agreed to ship me a new unit. What I initially purchased and reviewed was apparently a prototype balun with several issues in the design as indicated in my earlier review. They have since redesigned the balun to resolve all of the issues I had with the first one, and incorporated some of the improvement suggestions I had for them.

The new one is a solid performer, and a great value for the money.

This also demonstrates that people actually read these e-Ham reviews!
