worked for HRD first try

Valley has interface cables for most radio models. This one worked perfect, first try, with my IC-746Pro, Windows 7, and laptop. First installed Prolific driver 2303, ver 1.3,from their website, retstart computer, then plug in USB cable, wait for msg saying installed correctly, then connect to and turn on radio.
Start HRD, make sure com port, address match settings of radio and USB/PC connect, then connect..
