Cheap  Time owned: more than 12 months
The sound quality is very good on both transmit and receive. However, the headphones are uncomfortable for long periods of listening. After 14 mounts of normal use, the plastic hinge snapped in the center of the headband rendering the headset useless. Judging from other reviews across the web, this is above normal since many headbands crack after only a few months of use. The warranty that came with my set said two years (warranty is now 1 year), so I thought I could get a replacement, but talking with customer service was frustrating at best. They insisted on a serial number, but headsets donít have them. I managed to get a fax number from one rep, so I sent a nice letter, a copy of my invoice along with the warranty. Weíll see what happens. I couldnít even send customer service an e-mail without a serial number. 1234567 didnít cut it. (Smart machine.)Ö Save your money and buy something else.
