Cannot be beaten for the price.  Time owned: 3 to 6 months
Ive been using the SRC-8010 for 4 months and cannot fault any detail of this antenna. SRC's claim that it will tune 80m thru 6m is entirely justified and with a small MFJ manual tuner, it will even tune 160 sufficiently to QSO. Power handling is 150watts PEP.
The build quality is excellent, every bit as good as many antennas four times the price.
Not really a down side but as the antenna has some length to it, a direct attachment to the bodywork of your vehicle (the antenna comes supplied with the necessary components) or (like myself) a tri-mag limpet (not supplied)mounting is essential to secure the antenna.
If you're on a budget, need a stand-by for mobile DX-peditions or just don't want to spend 150+ on a mobile HF antenna, this is definitely the one to buy. (Their X-80 is also a superb antenna.)
