Great Backup HT  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
Bought the F11 (UV-E5 I think in Verotelecom models) from Import Comm. Great service. I already have a UV-3r that has been great. Programming was a cinch with Chirp, everything works fine.

I used it as backup and a secondary radio at the Boston Marathon last week. Had my Yeasu mounted in the Bus with an external antenna and used the Baofeng as an HT when I was outside. No issues hitting the net control repeaters on both UHF and VHF, no noticeable differences from the radio in the bus. Plus I could monitor two controls with dual watch as it obviously got a little chaotic. Battery lasted the whole day and then some.

Is it as good as the Yaesu, no - not water proof, and probably won't last as long. But you can buy 5 of them for the cost with accessories or a "better" radio. Definitely has its place as a second or backup HT
Product is in production.
