Great Versatile Radio  Time owned: 3 to 6 months
When I first got my KX3, I thought " why did I get this when I could have gotten a 100 watt HF rig for the same price". I kicked myself a little. Over the next few weeks I started to discover just how versatile and fun the radio is. I have it hooked up to HDSDR and NaP3 for SDR use, I can sit out on the deck and QSO with hams on nice summer evenings, take it with me when I go biking on the rail trails in the area. You can use smart phones to control it... it is almost endless what one can do with this rig.

The receiver is almost second to none. Keeps up easily with my TS-940. The filters pick out the weakest signals and will decode them as well. The transmit audio is always getting good reviews from QSO's. This is just one great little radio. Get One !!!
Product is in production.
