Deaf on VHF and up, poor TX design  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
Sold mine after 4 weeks. Why? Here we go:

1. RX is very deaf at 50/70/144 and 432 MHz. Comparing to my transverters with my K3 the difference is huge. Especially on 4 meters and 2 meters S/N is more than 10dB (!) worse with the IC 7100.
2. Noise sidebands are a mess, poor signal quality on 50/70/144 and 430 MHz. This is not state of the art in 2013. Reason: the poor DDS design.
3. I can't get familiar with the touch screen, I'm old school, love to play with knobs and buttons...
