The perfect compromise.  Time owned: 0 to 3 months
If you choose a multi band antenna you're accepting a compromise, if you choose a vertical reduced height antenna you're accepting a compromise and if you choose not to use ground radials you're accepting another compromise. Now the cushcraft R9 is the perfect antenna after all these compromises giving you the possibility of great dx and relaxing rag chew always with very good RST. The antenna is factory tuned in the very center of any band but since i'm only CW i've not only tuned the 80&40 coils for the lower part of the band but also spent hours to tune all the other bands with great results even if there's no indications for that in the manual. Really suggested.
Product is in production.
