TOP radio! Sensitive and selective (T70E)  Time owned: more than 12 months
Bought this few years ago as i wanted something to replace my VX-7R (awful intermod). Wishlist was : weatherproof, bulletproof, powerful, sensitive and selective radio more minimalist than loaded with those bells and whistles one will play with during the first days after its purchase.
And, yes! This radio complies perfectly with my wishlist. In fact it is incredibly sensitive, selective and intermod free. Besides this it's tough like a cannonball.
Also, the OEM NiMH battery is top quality and seems to last forever.
If your requirements matches mine, then go for it, money well spent.
Great for hiking, to use mobile (i use a chinese mike with it, and it works great), or from home.
This one is a keeper, along my FT-530 and my VX-2R.
Product is in production.
