Best CW RX I've heard! Finaly an RX better than the R4C!

I gave the K3 a rating of 5 because I have never heard a better RX. I had a Drake R4C in the 70's. This rig beats even that!
I do a lot of 2m weak signal work on CW and SSB and when coupled with my Elecraft XV144 transverter it works very well. I like it so much I just ordered an XV432 to compliment the XV144.
I work 85% CW and have always been looking for an exceptional RX for CW. This rig is a QSK operators dream. No clicks or QSK artifacts. You can hear band noise between dits at 50 wpm as if the characters are coming in off the antenna.
The SSB quality is very good as it comes from the factory without using the built in TX and RX equalizers.
I could go on about many of the things I like about it but I'll keep it short.
If you want to hear and see a superior American made product, find someone near you that owns one and ask them to let you operate theirs for an hour. Once you do that you will be hooked.
All of this and it only weighs 8.5 pounds!
