KG-UVD1 - for dayíly use but no dtmf build in

got mine 2day - looking for pinout of audio for speaker and mic connection also as for the programming cable. Who has found the programming software which I couldn't download from manufactors site.
Not so easy to handle and user guide needs some times to understand. espacially when symbol for disabled tx is on. dtmf is not on board - in so far useless for echolink if you do not have an external dtmf-unit.
