Is ham radio as important to you today as it was when you first got your license?
[490 votes since 2018-11-23]
Yes definitely. It's often the first thing I think of each day!
Yep, except I've cut back a bit because of other life demands.
  Yeah, kind of.
Not really. Too many other things to do.
Not even close. Too much politics, whining and arguing going on all over.
Ham radio? I don't need no stinky Ham radio!
I go back and forth in my enthusiasm.

Spotlight A classic Yaesu FT-101 station
A classic Yaesu FT-101 station Al - NW2M owns and operates a fully operational Yaesu FT-101F station as you would have seen back in 1975. Complete 160M thru 2M coverage. It has taken Al over 12 years to collect each and every piece to recreate a "complete station". The FT-101F and FL-2100B pair are a cornerstone of his DXCC award, which stands at 129 confirmed with 143 worked. Al has several web pages dedicated to FT-101 history, information, parts, and repair. He is an expert source for information.
