Tony Hutchison VK5ZAI is a bit of a legend down under amongst the locals and VK amateurs for his comms expertise and maintaining comms with both American and Soviet astronauts over many years as they flew their missions and lived aboard their respective space stations including the Russian Mir station and the International space station ARISS>
Tony is a shining example of what being an amateur operator is all about and the expertise that lurks within amateur ranks.
