| Description | ALAMOGORDO AMATEUR RADIO CLUB'S 37TH ANNUAL HAMFEST Otero County Fair grounds (in Alamogordo NM) ARRL SANCTIONED 2 Sept 2023 Otero County Fair grounds (in Alamogordo NM) 7am to 3pm-ish Admission: Free!! Pre-register for Tables and prize tickets. Tables are $15.00 ea (if you have your own table and chairs $5.00) Electrical at most of the table locations but not all. Pre-register so we can get a good table count. Prize drawing tickets postmarked before 25 August $8.00 (pick up at event) If you cannot make it, tickets will be put added to Main Prize drawing. Prize tickets $10.00 at the door 1st Prize winner if not present will be contacted to arrange shipping. Tickets purchased postmarked before 26 August will be eligible for a pre-registration Prize of $50.00 cash. Prize list 2023 TBD, 2022 prizes 1st Icom-7300 All mode HF 2nd Yaesu FTM200DR Dual Band Mobile 3rd Alinco DJ- MD5XTG VHF/UHF 4 th Power Supply (Similar line up anticipated for 2023) Looking for folks and groups to give presentations, let us know what ya can do There is a $1.00 Ticket drawing for a TBD hand held at the event.2022 FTR65 (must be present) Other Door prizes from Amateur Radio Related and local vendors, drawn throughout the event. Plenty of parking, RV's welcome, no hook ups but dump station on site ARRL License testing will be conducted at 1pm-ish. Please Bring a photo Id or 2 other forms of ID. FRN must be provided.
