You should name the seller and provide all the details. This has all of the classic features of a SCAM.

Don't blindly trust QRZ or the FCC for the seller's address either. I witnessed recently, a case where an unsuspecting ham had his FCC address changed by the scammer because the victim used the same password at the FCC as the one he used on QRZ and was conned into logging into a fake QRZ page to see something or another. This is how these scumbags work. They are overseas, usually in Nigeria and have unfortunately, discovered ham radio operators to be easy pickings.
