CBSE Board 10th Registration Form is released for the aspiring candidates who are going to appear in the 10th board examination. The Board monitors the registration process via online mode from the official website and the authority provides every specific date under which the registration process must be finished.
CBSE 10th Registration - Highlights
Private candidates had to register for the board examination by visiting the official website, where the direct link to the registration portal was available in the following section. CBSE does not provide any offline forms for registration for private candidates, and therefore, students can only register through online mode. The registration process should always be completed within the allotted time, beyond which candidates must pay an additional amount as a late registration fee.
CBSE 10th Registration Details
CBSE has increased the registration fee for class 10th. The board has increased fees for different categories. As per the latest announcement, the "general category" candidates had to pay Rs 1500/- whereas "ST/SC" candidates needed to pay Rs 1200/- for five subjects. The fee is applicable for both the 10th and 12th. General category candidates also paid Rs 300/- for additional subjects instead of Rs 150/- earlier.

Procedure to Register for CBSE 10th Registration (Private Candidates)
Step-by-step procedure for the candidates to register for the board exam 2021:
Step 1: Visit CBSE's official site – cbse.nic.in and click on the "Click for CBSE website" option.
Step 2: From the tab on the left side of the page, select the type of examination.
- Options will be shown as "Compartment", "Improvement", "Failure" or "Additional Subject".
Step 3: Enter the board examination number where you need to enter the five-digit "School Number" along with the "Center Number" and select your standard as 10th.
Step 4: Proceed and pay the examination fees.
Step 5: Check the particulars filled in the form and then click on the "Submit" button.
Step 6: Take the printout of the submitted form for further reference.
