I worked 3V8BB in the contest and can not find any info on operators at this club station for this time frame.
Any help would be appreciated.

For the last 3-4 years, the route for that station during CQWW SSB was always YT1AD. I cannot say for certain that is the case this time, but you may want to investigate in that direction.

3V8BB is by far THE most difficult (very active) station to get a card from. It's a club station that has lots of guest operators in for contests and it's very confusing about where to send the cards.
