NCDXF Beacon/Faros Users

I'm using Faros 1.4 to monitor NCDXF Beacon stations, uploading to http://kc1cjn.com/index.html using http://faros.ve3sun.com/ as a guide.

I've not seen some bands on some stations, but see on other stations that the bands are active (for examples, http://www.k0koc.com/faros/ and http://g8kbv.homeip.net:8008/Faros/ibp-at-wbx.html)

The is a "No Observations" block that is an empty station/frequency block, and a "No Signal" that is a grey block. I'm wondering why I have No Observations?
