YI3WHR's QSL card received today. Wahhab is a newly licensed ham in Iraq and he has been quite active on 20m SSB these past several weeks. Another newly licensed ham in Iraq is Sal, YI1SAL, also often active on 20m SSB. Good luck to them both and let's hope ham radio will become their life long passion.

Thanks. This was actually the very first card this newly licensed ham ever wrote after he received his first batch of cards from the printer.  ;D

FY5KE uploaded to LoTW. I like their relatively quick upload. Also got my A91HI confirmed. Thanks Col!

VP8STI/VP8SGI QSL cards arrived today, thanks!

Did those arrive in the same envelope?  I received one or the other yesterday (VP8STI I think) but not both.

I received both today, two separate envelopes. I don't know of anyone who has had both in the same envelope.

Only got my VP8SGI in yesterday's office mail.   My staff alerted me to it: "You got one of those postcards that come in an envelope"   :D

Wonder what's in today's mail?

Obviously a reason for dual qsl managers, but does seem like a waste of $$

Operator SQ3PMM travels across Africa and uses various call signs (CN2MM, 9G5AG, 5V7MI, TY4AB, 9X9MM). He does not have QSL cards, but is willing to confirm QSOs by sending a post card. I received one from Rwanda (9X9MM) yesterday. I scanned both sides of it and emailed it to my local QSL checker who says "Looks good to me based on what the DXCC confirmation criteria are.".

Agreed.  I thought they would come together. Would have saved some $$!

Got my STI card yesterday.  Perhaps S. Georgia today

Mike has confirmed some bands for me from Benin and Ghana.

I don't recall reading any of his operations were approved by the ARRL.  Have they been?
