Use ESCROW DOT COM. I started with them back in the 90's when they assisted our business in a large new file server purchase out of Quebec, Canada. There was even a language barrier involved, however the transaction worked perfectly and Crate after Crate of brand new IBM servers, they were very LARGE back then, showed up on our dock just fine.
Each buyer and seller have accounts. You enter into the transaction on Escrow with all the details worked out between those two accounts... The buyer places secure funds into Escrow and you get an email that something has happened on your transaction. You ship after you in fact go to your account and see that the funds have arrived. Select you have shipped, delivered or flips the correct buttons and the BUYER takes delivery and releases the funds if everything looks OK on his end. You have a day to check out your purchase. Fire up your amp, and release his funds...
I sold an expensive collector Pickup Truck in 2004 or 5 on escrow and.... I used Escrow again in 2015 on the sale of my domain name QRO.COM there was considerable $$$ changing hands there. There's no way I would have attempted something as serious as a domain sale without using escrow.
Their fee isn't outrageous and it just about guaranty's you're getting your item if the seller and buyer are in fact legit. If not, you can get your $$$ back. Great for international.
