K6UP - Where are you??
« on: February 01, 2017, 09:20:58 PM »

Several years ago, I received QSL cards for K6UP by mistake. In the intervening time I had put them in a box with my QSLs and inadvertently forgotten about them. A couple months ago, I looked up his license status and address at the FCC site and he apparently is still active but his cards were returned by the USPO saying they weren't deliverable nor were they forwardable.

If someone knows his whereabouts, I'm sure he'd appreciate getting these cards.

I'm good in the callbook and at QRZ.

Thanks

He usually operates split.  You may want to look "6 UP".

Robert:

Unfortunately, it appears from a "Google search" that David, K6UP passed away in October of 2009.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

My very sincere apology to the group and to the OP.  I was trying to make a bit of lame humor reguarding the call sign and cannot believe the results i just read.  Again, very sorry.
