GPS Out on FTM-400 and all other Devices?

Driving into Boston from SoNH this morning 430-530am and GPS wasn't functional on my FTM-400XDR, nor on my iGate Win10 tablet running APRSIS32, nor on my Garmin car unit, iPhone or Garmin watch. What could have possibly been interfering? Same car, same everything!

May have been a reset.  Have seen that many times flying.  Usually early  from arround 2 to 5

It drove me crazy but I finally found that if I started my tablet with external GPS USB, radio and hotspot in a certain order, the USB GPS I had hooked to my tablet somehow loaded a corrupt driver and emitted some signal that messed up all other GPS within about 50ft. Very odd!
