Here is a reply to the UTC question just received from John Langridge
of the NJD Technologies website:
The public notice states they will contact you via email first
and then phone if they don't reach you either way and ask
that you acknowledge their notification.
It will probably be a web link to click.
If you don't hear anything from them in 30 days of registering you are
free to operate but it is possible that they could come back later and
tell you to stop.
The public notice is vague in that regard.
Many of us don't believe they will contact anyone but we will see...
you have to be careful using dates because its only the 16th of
October if you registered on September 15.
It's 30 days after registration.
