 snuck on here to ask a question  I have a handicap  that impairs me both physically and  perceptionally after. many attempt  I  simply  can't pass the code test what are my options  lack of conditions on 11 meters is killing me

There is no longer a code test for any class of FCC Amateur Radio license.

If you want to get on HF voice you will want either a General class or Technician license.  Techs only have 10M SSB Phone.  They need to upgrade to access HF bands with better propagation.
