Recently moved to a condo. Can only get a 10 meter stealth horizontal dipole up. USING A PRESIDENT LINCOLN II +. Any suggestions as to times, days, or frequencies in the Northeast (NJ, PA, NY, CT) where I might find activity this summer?

I know so many don't care but a President Lincoln II is an Illegal EXPORT ONLY CB Radio. It is very easy to tell it's a CB since it has channels from 1-40 & Amateur Radios do NOT since the only band we use with channels is 60 meters & there are only Five of those. It also has an Echo & a Roger Beep which is for sure a dead giveaway.Use those & see how long anyone will talk with you on any Amateur Radio Band.A REAL Amateur Radio does not cost much & if you just wanted 10 meters a Radio Shack HTX-10 is a great choice & it does not have 11 meters or channels marked on the display.
