"Blackouts" after sunset, what's the name of this phenomena?

Hi,

These days I often observe a drop of conditions about 1h after sunset. It is also visible on the ionograms, where almost no reflection on any frequency is visible:

What is the name of this phenomena? Is this the blanketing-type sporadic E, ESB?
