Modulating 3-30Hz
« on: January 31, 2019, 05:35:17 PM »

Bootstrapping a theory here.  Where would I find information, results from experiments or circuits to encode or modulate ELF frequencies 3-30Hz?  Alan, VE3VTT

I started here >>>>  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extremely_low_frequency

Interesting reading.....didn't pursue it further.  But, it has links that may take you where you want to go.....

Thanks for the reference. Wow really interesting. Several years ago I worked with VLF and we used a golf course to buried the antenna.   Certainly an area where one can experiment.

Looking forward to comments from others, especially what they used as receivers.

There is no bandwidth there, so seems to me CW or loss of carrier are your options.
