Can anyone help me with this, I have a mouse arrow that blinks when ever it is placed over a strreaming application like the waterfall of PSK-31 modes. The mouse works just fine but is an annoyance when it blinks over my waterfall. I have a freind with the exact same computer but his mouse arrow does not blink like mine. Is this a hardware problem or software problem or what?

I'm glad to find a simple solution to this problem was to just change my display to High Color instead of just 256 color. Great no blinking mouse pointer on Streams.
