Can anyone tell me what Laptops work well with PSK-31 and what sound cards do they have?
Is this an area where one has to pay close attention to sound cards more than anything else?

I have been using IBM ThinkPad 760C (90MHz/16MB/W95) and IBM ThinkPad 770Z (366MHz/128MB/W98) with Digipan, Zakanaka, WinPSK, Stream and HamScope with no problems. The only settengs I have to do are for the audio levels and selecting correct COM port for PTT control. The interface I use is a homebrew from QST May-2000 issue.

My Dell Latitude XPi 100 works fine.
