Interesting, although I’m not sure what exactly the “crisis” is. Sounds like a proposal that has gained no traction and will most likely go nowhere. Or am I missing something?

FYI, the only crisis near me is nobody I can find is using the Simplex frequencies or the 52

Vigor in seeing off threats to our spectrum is not a bad thing.

There will always be commercial interests that will test our resolve.  New threats can blow in out of nowhere at any time.  There's too much money to be made for our allocations to be forever and entirely ignored.

norway are now carrying out a spectrum activity review on the vhf and uhf amateur bands
