Had a good transaction with R/L (wish I knew who it was I was communicating with).  Never a problem, good folks.

I've only had one transaction with them so far, but it was very good.  Lowest prices on a lot of stuff, and they ship quickly.

I have a file folder full of receipts from R&L. I can't say enough about how good they are. I feel so fortunate that I live about 40 miles away, and about 60 miles from Universal.

Every time I order something from R&L, it's always the best price I can find and the shipping is always less than the estimate. They also have a positive attitude.

I have only ordered a few things from them but good rapid service so far. Best price I could find on my new wattmeter also.

Got the IC 7300 and R&L power supply. The R&L branded power supplies are really nice and very affordable. My order shipped fast and they are very nice people. I'm glad I found these guys. Their prices are excellent and I will be buying from them again.

I always use R and L, a great place. But I did get a little annoyed this week ordering from them. The item was delayed because:

  1. They never checked to see PayPal was my payment method.
  2. Never bothered to call me to see where the payment was.
  3. Waited for me to call to find out. This delayed the delivery of my       item.

I don’t know who “dropped the ball” there but pick up the phone and ask some questions, you may get the answer! It almost cost you a sale.

I ordered my radios and power supply from them and it took only 5 days due to the weekend. Since my wife ordered it (she doesn't have a license) they called to confirm that I had a call sign and that the shipping address was correct.

Because of the amount they informed us that we had to sign for it. Everything arrived perfect and I am really pleased with the service they gave.

My favorite dealer. May not always have an item in stock but always calls when they get it in stock. Larry is always great to talk to. I know I have a choice, R&L makes that choice easier and more reliable....

I agree with the other posts, I have bought quite a few things from them and they usually have the best prices and fast shipping.

Does anyone else find it amusing that 90% of the gear they have on their used equipment page doesn't work correctly?

Shout out to R&L for great service.  Ordered an AH4 tuner, their last one in stock, on Wed the 18th.  I received it on Saturday the 21st, in perfect condition.

Thanks R&L, great customer service, and fast shipping.  I support small businesses and will continue to do business with R&L Electronics.

R&L's used list is the best also.

  I purchased a 30 YEAR old yaesu FT33R 220HT and a similar age icom IC-38A 220 MOBILE for a total of 75 dollars.

Both were in excellent condition, the 25 dollar FT33R ht included a good working 12v battery, a dc adapter and the optional touch tone pad, the ht looks and works like it just came from the yaesu factory.

The 50 dollar IC38A mobile is similarly in excellent condition with all options included.

Check out their excellent used list if you are looking to get a great deal.

Oh yeah 2 day shipping for nothing from Ohio to Oregon.

Maybe R&L should do distribution/shipping for the U.S. gubbament mainly the CDC, one 20 bed rural oregon hospital has been waiting weeks for a small re-supply shipment from the feds and nothing so far in 2 1/2 weeks?

R&L can you stock medical supplies please?

Same here. R&L is the best. Got a great deal on my IC 7300 and the shipping was fast and easy. It came bundled with an R&L Power Supply that is very nice. So from my view they are the new go to Ham Radio Retailer!
