Score another point for R&L, I received my order in three days from the date of order, and I placed my order after noon.  Thanks again R&L, you folks are quickly becoming my go to source for amateur radio equipment.

Recently purchased my FTdx3000 and speaker from R&L along with other HF radios and equipment in the past. Always fast friendly service which was also lower priced than anyone else in the country! :)

I like the fact that R&L has been open during the COVID-19 lockdown.  Ohio Governor Mike DeWine declared manufacturers and distributors of communications equipment as essential during the state lockdown.

I appreciate the people at R&L for continuing to serve the Amateur radio community in spite of the pandemic.  The service I have received from them during this pandemic has been outstanding.  Because of this I plan to continue to do business with R&L Electronics well into the future.

I hear that.  I wish there were more used items for sale (radios) as I think that market is drying up as folks don't want or cannot sell for the market prices today (thanks to ICOM 7300).  However, I also enjoy slightly older radios and R/L has never sold me any junkers.  Great folks and I wish they were closer by.  Love to pop in there some time.  I miss the small radio dealer stores....

Bought used equipment from them, good folks to deal with. I like shopping for used equipment and also use Universal Radio's used list which changes almost daily.  Bought from them, they are super.

Been Dealing with R&L for many years, both Roger and Larry have treated me good, since I have known them even before they had there 1st shop on Main Street in Hamilton-  Being local (only a few minutes from them ) is a plus!.

Roger, Larry and Mark all have been outstanding to talk and deal with.. Great Place if your looking for older gear or something new.. Give them a try, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!

My favorite dealer. May not always have an item in stock but always calls when they get it in stock. Larry is always great to talk to. I know I have a choice, R&L makes that choice easier and more reliable....

They definitely have the best price and customer service.  The MFJ 998RT was out of stock online when I was ready to order (¬R&L was $50 cheaper than every place else).  I asked them about it on Facebook and was put on the 'wait' list.  Within a couple of days, R&L called and said  3 were now in stock.  Within a few days, it was delivered....!

I will add that they are more than willing to assist when the none expert has a question about an item.  My 2d purchase in the last month.  1st needed help with cable/interface for Heil headset to Icom 706, called and received excellent advice, 2d purchase was this week of NANOVNAH4 10kHZ-1.5GHz Antenna analyzer 4" TOUCHSCREEN which I ordered online.  One of the best things about R&L is shipping as I am in North Pole, Alaska, they go out of their way to ship as fast as possible at the most economical price for the buyer.  Both items received within 4-5 days via USPS using flat rate postage.  As others have stated they also as a general rule have a much better price on the item.  This added to shipping cost, customer service puts them at the top of the list as a for number 1 to deal with.

What few transactions I've had with R&L have been great.  There was one in particular.  Several years ago at Hamvention, I asked it they had the 'Bluetooth' plug-in board for the FTM-400.  They hadn't brought one, but the sales guy said he would bring one tomorrow (Saturday).  I went by their booth on Saturday, and sure as the world, the sales guy caught my attention and said he had the board.  Did business right there.
