Until today only the inner slider was active. Now, lo and behold, both are functional, but the adjustment ranges do not match the height of the screen, nor the total height of the page being viewed. I must use both bars to get from the top to bottom of all pages here in the forums.
Please keep working on it, eventually you will get it back to being useable again. But for the next upgrade, test it a LOT more before rolling out a really poor implementation and ticking everyone off!
