Anyone ever use one of these antennas? I have a brand new one, assembled the antenna exactly to spec per the instructions. I wanted mine mid band so I set it up exactly 192 inches like the instructions. I measured the antenna from the point it says to measure the length from. I have this antenna set up on a 10 foot pole brand new 50 feet coaxial cable, both ends properly soldered and tested for shorts, also tested across my dummy load on my antenna analyzer today make sure the cable has no shorts tested fine. But when you check the swr with the antenna analyzer, and the antenna assembled completely to spec like the instructions say, the swr across the entire 10 meter band is over a 5 swr. The lowest swr I’ve had so far on this antenna has been a 1.3 on 29.600mhz, but that is only if I fully lengthen the antenna all the way to the point that you cannot extend it any longer to just barely get the top end of 10 meters. Below 29.3mhz is at the lowest 2.5:1. When the antenna is set to 192” where I started it’s resonant at around 36mhz as I made the antenna longer the better the swr got on 10 meters but still not low enough. It’s almost as if the antenna itself wasnt manufactured properly and just per section doesn’t have enough length to provide a good usable swr on both 28/29mhz. It will work good on frequencies well and wah above 30 all day long I’ve never seen anything like this in my 10+ years of being licensed. By the way the coaxial matching stub hasn’t been trimmed or altered in any way shape or form
