run packet on Alinco DR-610

Hello,
I have a pk-88 and want to use an old Alinco DR-610 radio for 1200Baud
What are the correct connections to mate TNC and radio?
Are there 2 grounds - 1 to 8 pin connector and 2nd ground to 3.5 plug?
I am trying run it with winlink - there is a listing for Timewave PK.88
Any help greatly appreciated
