Unless you have a very good 19 meter system (at least in the US), you are likely to need to use one of Kiwi SDRs to hear it. The ones in Brazil seem to have the inside track on this. As sdr.hu recently closed its doors, we still have a good way to find active Kiwis;

Maybe not under these conditions.
They told me that the transmission had been a success and received many reports.
I didn't listen to them either, even trying with Europe's remote receivers.
But with good conditions and a directive antenna is not difficult I think.
If can hear the KC4AAA at 14222 KHz why not the LRA36 at some point.
