DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!   Tried multiple times following the instructions to NO AVAIL
Keeps telling me what characters to use and when I follow the instructions it rejects
what I give it to change it to.

I test this regularly and it works fine.  Assuming you are creating a proper password, you might have a browser/cookie issue.

Please try again after closing all browsers, opening one browser tab, logging out and back in, then proceeding with the password change process.

I only open one browser tab at one time and NEVER open multiple browser tabs.
Perhaps it does not work with FF which is what i use all the time and never had
any issues on any other websites near this degree of difficulty.

I do not get any error message - the utility simply rejects any password with all of
the specified characters needed.

Like I’ve said , I test this a lot.

If I deliberately screw up, the page tells me what’s wrong with the password.

If you don’t get an error, how do you know the password change didn’t work?

I'll add to what Mike sez, I regularly clear browser history and this is my first line of troubleshooting Internet connection issues, especially if the browser starts dragging along. If ya got the time, read about DNS....fascinating stuff.

By-the-way, I now use Brave Internet browser and I'll never go back to Chrome or Firefox.

Clearing browser's history and cache is always something to try and often fixes many weird issues .

+1 on Brave browser as well as using DuckDuckGo as default search engine.
