It looks like a good plan. NEC only requires #10 from your bus bar. But you can always upsize that if you wish.

The drawing looks good to me. All grounds are properly bonded together.

Does it matter if I put the antenna coax arrestor on the closer or farther ground rod?

I would put it on the one closest to the entry of the house.
