You certainly dont want NH as it snows a lot plus Hurricanes and many unnamed coastal storms plus ice storms can make a mess and have you on a generator up to 2 weeks!

That said I love it here on top of the highest hill in many miles, and 5 acres in a rural town right on the MA border. Towers are 180, 100, 100, 60'.
The only restriction is that a tower has to be sited (set back law) so that it falls on your own property.  We also allow residential gun ranges with no setback but that distance might change.

Unlike some places ham towers and antennas in NH cant be taxed or refused, I was instrumental in getting PRB-1 written into state law.
