After 14+ days since sent, finally arrived. A distance of less then 900 miles.  Go figure.  Never again...never.

Try leasing space to them...they have it so basically no matter what happens to the space, i.e. damages, cleanliness, etc., they can't be held liable. So why would they be liable to their customers?

I have noticed that most of the workers are very lazy and have bad personalities.
Most have personalities of a Pet Rock.
That’s just my observations when going in the PO or seeing the delivery people.

After years of talking to mail carriers, (later years of attempting to talk to carriers) I can guess why the "attitude" change.

It lays with supervision! From the PG down to the local PO boss.

Never has the carrier been pushed and harassed as they are today.  I watch the carriers being followed by supervisors in a car timing the carrier with a stopwatch.  I see one carrier a couple times a week hustling between houses bent over in an attempt to speed up the pace.  I see carriers that will barely take the time for a greeting because they're afraid of being watched by supervision.

Supervision is no doubt being harassed in their own way for more output so the problem lays with upper management.  The higher you go the more separated they become from realty.

For example.  We all have seen the addition of millions individual route mail trucks. Here, in this area, these vehicles must be taken to a service center 200 miles away for maintenance!  It's waste like this that helps make the USPS unprofitable.

Sure, the carriers and the PO clerks make good money.  But a working stiff can't be happy with someone on your "donkey" eight hours a day.

If anyone is selling an item here and your buyer is in Maryland make sure you ship the item UPS or FEDEX. If you ship it USPS, your buyer wont get it. The postal service down here are months behind in deliveries and there not delivering packages or personal mail. Theyre just delivering junk mail. I havent gotten any mail in two weeks, yet alone the transceiver I  bought here two weeks ago. They lost it. The tracking is wrong.

List your item accordingly.
Maryland buyers should ask for another delivery option when purchasing online.

FEDEX isn't much better.  I ordered a battery from Bioenno on August 31st. A week later (yesterday) I still hadn't received a shipping notice.  I e-mailed them and received a notice that the battery was out for delivery. I checked the tracking every hour or so and it appeared that the item wasn't moving at all. Finally when I checked about 4 PM, the tracking said "No delivery information at this time." Not five minutes later, a FEDEX truck pulled up out front and the driver dropped my battery on the front porch.  Mind you, this was a shipping distance of under 90 miles, Santa Ana, Ca to San Diego.

My wife sells Tupperware and Fedx is the one that always makes the deliveries to our house. The driver started putting the large boxes on our sidewalk close to the street, about 30 feet from the house instead of walking up and putting them on the porch. I live in a neighborhood where the homes are very close together. Luckley no one ever walked away with them. Sometimes they would set there for hours before we got home. It took several calls before they stopped doing that and finally put them on the porch. Fedx is just plain lazy.

I wish we could use Brown or at least give them a try but Tupperware Co doesn’t use them for some reason. Not sure why.

It took a lot of research on my part, but I finally cracked the case wide open. Newman retired from Seinfeld and became head of USPS. In addition he launched the "forever" stamp, he just didnt tell any that it means forever for that piece of mail to be delivered when using it.

I purchased a uhf/ vhf swr meter and it was shipped fedex.
Never recieved it and tracking shows it was delivered to the town just 2 miles from my location ( of which has many unoccupied houses)
After numerous calls to both the seller and fed ex they refuse to tell me the exact address it was delivered to.
I even filed a complaint through ebays square deal process.
3 months later still no answer.
I am however getting plagued by fake dhl emails who refuse to either show a clear image of the label, or refuse to tell me the sender.
When people talk about UPS ,I think of the Cologuard commercial ( they use ups to ship samples)
New Slogan for UPS comes to mind,
UPS the only way to ship your $#!t ;D

I ordered a used 220 HT last week for 29 bucks from HRO in Delaware along with regular shipping and it arrived USPS in 4 days with no damage, nothing abnormal at all.
