Glad you had a good experience with HRO. I work part time (one day a week) the the Oakland store, and management here really does try to provide good customer service. COVID-19 has made this a bit challenging, but I think we're doing our best despite the challenges (especially with problems in supply and the incredible increase in phone and internet orders). As a Ham, I really enjoyed being able to demonstrate and discuss equipment with customers in the store, and can't wait for that to again be possible.
