This seems to relate to a recent Firefox update.  The  "'Reply'  'Notify'  'Mark Unread'  'Send This Topic'  'Print'" heading above Forum posts has disappeared on my Firefox browser.  Only "Print" is displayed.  The heading is displayed correctly on my Microsoft Edge browser.  Gotta love those browser updates!

I also use Firefox and eham is running fine for me---same as before the latest update, FWIW.

When in doubt...
1) log out and back in
2) try different browser
3) try different platform
4) clear history on problem browser

What N2MG said !   I just updated FireFox and experienced the very same issue.   I logged out,  and logged back in and voila!   Everything back as it should be.

Same experience,  all is well now.
