GPredict and IC7100
« on: April 02, 2021, 09:13:17 AM »

Has anyone had any success getting an IC7100 to work with GPredict? I want to use the IC7100 for my uplink and either my FT817ND or SDR for the downlink on analog birds.  I have loaded hamlib, and can query the rig with rgctl manual commands as shown in a couple of the Youtube videos I have viewed.  When I try to use rigctld which connects to the localhost, which is the interface between GPredict and the radio it fails.  I think that the rgctld or Gpredict is sending a command to select the VFO and I don't believe the hamlib for IC7100 supports that.  Any suggestions, ideas, or places to look are appreciated.
