I'm using WSJT with Log4OM. WSJT shows some countries and QSO's as needed but they have already been worked. Is there a way to sync WSJT with my Log4OM log so I don't get false alerts within WSJT?

You could use JT-Alert with WSJT-X, and JT-Alert will alert you for needed countries and QSO's. Some details are at https://hamapps.com/ and there is a forum in groups.io for JT-Alert.

Another way would be export your Log4OM log in adif format, use something like ADIF Master https://www.contestlogchecker.com/adif-master.html to manually put it in the format that WSJT-X expects. WSJT-X stores its file at %userprofile%\AppData\Local\WSJT-X\wsjtx_log.adi
I did this once when I loaded WSJT-X, exporting my log from DXKeeper, and using ADIF Master to populate the wsjtx_Log.adi file, and I found it tedious to do.
