I loved the WB4VVF AccuKeyer that I had decades ago and that I built up from a circuit board I purchased from the designer.
I agree. I built this keyer  from a QST article. Along with the Accu Memory which came out a short time later. Used it up until 2011 when a lightning strike took it out along with the rest of my shack. But I have a set of new boards and the memory chips bought decades ago. I was going to build another one and never did. A great keyer.

As for the paddle, I'm a Vibroplex fan. I have two single  lever Vibro keyers. One I bought in the early 1970's and still use. Looks perfect with no chips or rust.
