North Texas restrictions
« on: June 22, 2021, 07:41:51 AM »

I am planning on moving from Southern Oklahoma to the North Texas area, possibly McKinney, Van Alstyne area. No HOA…I am researching restrictive covenants and the process to gain approval for my tower. If you are familiar with these areas or nearby, I would appreciate your feedback.
Thanks
Tim

Just as an example, the codes for the city of Garland, TX can be found at https://www.garlandtx.gov/DocumentCenter/View/2361/Zoning-Ordinance-PDF?bidId=

Antennas in general section 10-306, pg24 and
antennas specifically for licensed hams see section 10-313 pg 31.

I know some other area cities have copied some of these rules.
Hope this helps, 73
