Interesting pirate CW beacon just below 7 MHz

This is not amateur radio. In fact it's pirate radio. But it is QRP.
It' s a very simple CW beacon just below the 40m amateur band.

Am hearing it now (midnight US Pacific time) via the KFS Omni SDR at
http://69.27.184.58:8073/
Set it to 6997.8 kHz LSB.
