Both of these radios come with bluetooth as best I can tell for a wireless earpiece. My truck has bluetooth audio for hands free phone usage and music. Can I connect the radio to my truck and listen through my truck speakers?

I think there is a way to configure the Yaesu's to use VOX (check their manuals). Otherwise you need to push the BT button to activate PTT, and push it again to release PTT. (Be aware I don't own either radio, I just recall skimming through their manuals and seeing something about VOX).

Have an FTM-400. Bluetooth is a $ added option.
